A compact 10-ft galley kitchen starts around $2,700–$3,000, including cabinets, sink, quartz-look laminate countertop, delivery, and installation. Condo or town-home kitchens with real quartz counters generally run $6,000–$10,000. Medium kitchens in detached houses average $10,000–$15,000, while large, high-end spaces range from $15,000 to $30,000+. Sample projects and prices are shown on our home page. All figures include cabinetry, hardware, countertop, sink, delivery, and professional installation. Custom or layout-changed kitchens (mid-size to large)
Cabinet fabrication: Custom boxes and doors typically take 2 – 3 weeks after final sign-off.
On-site work: Demolition, rough-ins, tile, cabinet installation, countertops and backsplash span is approximately 2-3 weeks.
Overall window: Deposit-to-completion is usually 3 – 5 weeks, and your cooking zone is out of service only during the final 2-3 weeks.
Larger designer projects: Timelines extend if walls move or permits are required.
We understand you need your kitchen back quickly, so we schedule demolition only after every trade and material is lined up. Once we start, our crew is on-site every day until the job is finished.

New flooring and new cabinets don't need one.

Toronto homeowners are gravitating toward warm wood tones, bold statement-stone slabs, and refined “quiet-luxury” palettes—hallmarks of the 2025 move toward natural materials and rich textures.
Shaker-style cabinet doors remain the perennial favourite, with slim-shaker variants and clean slab fronts close behind as minimalist profiles dominate local trend reports.

Spring projects let you enjoy the new kitchen by summer, but off-peak fall-winter slots often mean faster permits and better availability.
